Obi\u010dajno uide 1\u20132 ml urina, kar povzro\u010di ve\u010dji made\u017e na perilu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osnova metode:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metoda temelji na nadzorovanem zmanj\u0161anju pritiska v se\u010dnem mehurju, kar prekine dovod urina v se\u010dnico in omogo\u010di, da se urin iz se\u010dnice vrne v mehur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomembno:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po kon\u010danem uriniranju (ko urin neha iztekati) obi\u010dajno posku\u0161amo iztisniti preostanek urina iz se\u010dnice z dodatnim napenjanjem (pove\u010devanjem pritiska v trebuhu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pravilno pa je, da z manevrom inhibicije mehurja zmanj\u0161amo pritisk v trebu\u0161ni votlini in s tem tudi v mehurju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manever (5 faz)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvedemo ga tik preden urin neha te\u010di.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Izdihnemo zrak, povesimo ramena in sklonimo glavo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; S tem maksimalno zmanj\u0161amo volumen prsnega ko\u0161a in sprostimo dihalno mi\u0161i\u010devje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Zapremo sapnik \u2013 tako da zrak pri poskusu vdiha ne more prodreti v plju\u010da (forsiran vdih pri zaprtem glotisu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Ob zaprtem sapniku maksimalno napnemo inspiratorne mi\u0161ice, dvignemo ramena in izravnamo prsni in vratni del hrbtenice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; S tem dose\u017eemo negativni pritisk v prsnem ko\u0161u, kar zmanj\u0161a pritisk v trebuhu in mehurju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Hkrati mo\u010dno stisnemo zunanjo zapiralko se\u010dnice (sfinkter, ki ga sicer uporabljamo za prekinitev uriniranja).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
